With over a decade of experience in the world of matchmaking, Alla has witnessed the heartfelt struggles and beautiful triumphs that come with the search for a meaningful relationship in today’s dating landscape.

Her own story began with a mentor who lovingly matched her with her husband, and that experience lit a fire to give back.

Her firm belief is that “when we show up with intention, prayer, and openness, Hashem guides the way. It’s a true honor to walk beside you in this journey and to be your advocate as you take the next steps toward finding your besheret.”

As one of the visionaries behind Reunited, Steven combines passion for community with technical expertise. Beyond building the foundations of our matchmaking service, Steven also supports other organizations with IT solutions, helping them run smoothly, stay connected, and grow with the right technology.

With the heart for service and a mind for problem-solving, Steven ensures both our team and the wider community have the support they need to thrive. His overall approach to supporting this initiative is in bridging the gap between knowing the Russian speaking singles community needs and what services Reunited can provide.

Rebecca has dedicated her career to bringing Jewish young adults together. She is the Senior Program Director at RAJE NY, a leading Jewish outreach organization for over ten years. She consistently communicates with hundreds of participants, curates engaging events, and creates meaningful opportunities for people to meet, connect, and build lasting relationships. Rebecca brings warmth, insight, and a deep understanding of Jewish community life to everything she does.

Jenny knows firsthand how powerful the right connection can be. She met her husband through RAJE.

What she wants others to know is that, "My husband and I had known each other for a while, but it took the right moment and setting for us to truly see one another. That experience shaped the way I approach matchmaking: love often sparks when people feel understood, supported, and connected to something bigger than themselves.”

Jenny is passionate about people, personalities, and discovering what makes each person unique. She loves learning what drives people, what they value, and where they want to go in life, and helping them get there.

Jenny believes that “there’s nothing more meaningful than being part of someone’s journey toward building a Jewish family, especially in this moment in history. I see it not only as a privilege, but as an honor to contribute to something so lasting and important.”
